Westminster College Welcomes Six New Faculty Members to Campus

As Westminster College plans for the start of a new school year, six new faculty members prepare for their orientation into full-time faculty positions.

Dr. Robert Badowski, assistant professor of business, earned an undergraduate degree in business education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Master of Business Administration and doctorate in instructional management and leadership from Robert Morris University.

Dr. Gary Hiel, visiting assistant professor of chemistry, earned an undergraduate degree from Manhattan University; master’s degree from Polytechnic University, now Polytechnic Institute at NYU; and master’s and doctorate degrees in organic chemistry at Stony Brook University, New York.

Dr. Patrick Lackey, visiting assistant professor of chemistry, earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Duquesne University and a doctorate in biochemistry and biophysics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dr. Jessica Rhodes, assistant professor of psychology, earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from D’Youville College, Buffalo, New York. She earned a master’s and doctorate in psychology and clinical psychology from the University of Buffalo.  

Dr. R. Randolph Richardson, visiting assistant professor of communication studies, earned a bachelor’s degree in speech and theatre and master’s degree in speech communication from Ball State University. He received a doctorate in communication and rhetoric from Wayne State University.

Dr. Jessica Sarver, assistant professor of chemistry, earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Penn State Behrend and a doctorate in philosophy and chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
