Business Administration

Majors in Business Administration build a foundation for successful entrepreneurship through strategic management, organizational behavior, and effective leadership and change. At Westminster College, students explore multiple disciplines and participate in hands-on opportunities while experiencing a variety of business structures. The senior year Capstone project pits Business majors against teams from all over the world as they compete in the online Business Strategy Game, generating top performance for a simulated athletic footwear company. Students can apply for the David Edward Business Plan Scholarship, join the honors program, find an internship, participate in networking events, study abroad, and connect with En-Act-Us, a community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better, more sustainable world. Westminster's team regularly earns special recognition at Regional Competitions and has won three regional division championships.
