Analyst Program to host annual state of the job market recruiting discussion

The Westminster College Analyst Program Speaker Series will host their annual State of the Job Market recruiting discussion at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 27, via Zoom.  

This Analyst Program event is designed for Westminster College students and young alumni, with a focus on understanding the current job market, short-term strategies for securing internships and jobs and long-term career-building strategies applicable to all programs.  

Chad Serfass, director of the Westminster College Professional Development Center, will welcome attendees and provide opening remarks, and Tony Brown ’84, chief talent officer at Fisher Phillips in Cleveland and a member of the Westminster Board of Trustees, will moderate the discussion.  

Speakers include: 

Alina Clough ’18, senior UX consultant of REI Systems and founder of the Westminster PA Jobs Facebook group 

Harrison Greene ’16, management analyst, NASA Program, REI Systems 

Jordyn Kee ’17, senior manager of people operations, Newlab 

Dr. Alexis Shellow ’15, U.S. department of the interior contracting officer and adjunct professor/adviser at Rutgers University 

This event is co-sponsored by the Westminster College Analyst Program, the Professional Development Center (PDC) and the Westminster PA Jobs Group—an alumni-led Facebook resource for students and young alumni searching for internships and jobs.
