Westminster College Announces Science Olympiad Winners

Westminster College hosted over 850 students from 50 area schools at the Northeast Regional Science Olympiad competition March 28.

Twelve teams advanced to the state competition Friday, April 25, at Juniata College.

Saxophonist to Give Senior Capstone Recital

Amanda Allwang, a senior music education major with a concentration in saxophone, will present her senior capstone recital Sunday, April 6, at 3 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel. The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow in the Tower Room of Old Main.

When February enters the calendar, we at the Field Station automatically think about properly disposing of used Christmas trees and focusing on the Great Backyard Bird Count!  Like clockwork, those events will happen February 12 and 19, respectively.  They are fun, educational, useful and open to "town and gown."

Westminster College's Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity will host "Phright Nights" Wednesday-Saturday, Oct. 26-29, to raise funds for two charitable causes.  The attraction is open to the public.
