The Titan Traverse staff will present "Strengths Finder," the final session of the spring semester in Westminster College's "Get Real!" life preparation series, Thursday, April 29.

The interactive workshop will help participants discover what they do best and how they can transfer those skills and strengths to their careers and futures.

Titan Traverse is Westminster's adventure education and leadership development program. An atmosphere of fun and play combined with a depth of learning about oneself and others in the context of a group fosters a unique environment for learning and reflection.

Sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs, the "Get Real!" series acquaints students with life after college. It provides helpful advice on financial planning; banking; medical care; consumer and personal legal matters; apartment, auto, and house hunting; getting the most out of leisure activities; and preparing for lifelong relationships.

Each session covers a different topic and runs from 12:40-1:50 p.m. in the Witherspoon Lakeview Room of the McKelvey Campus Center. Attendance is limited to 25 students, with preference given to juniors and seniors.

Contact Katie Pifer, resident director, at (724) 946-7913 or e-mail GetReal@westminster.edu for additional information.
