Westminster College will host Kappa Delta Pi's annual fall education colloquium Thursday, Dec. 7, at 8 p.m. in the Witherspoon Maple Room of the McKelvey Campus Center.

Cynthia Clarke, who teaches fifth and sixth grade social studies and science classes in the West Middlesex Area School District, will present "The Power of Imagination Leads to Exponential Education," which explores the field trips she has taken with her students.

Kappa Delta Pi, an international education honor society, began its Westminster chapter in 1937. Membership is restricted to the top 20 percent of those students seeking teacher certification.

The event is free and open to the public. Contact Dr. Linda Domanski, associate professor of education and adviser to Kappa Delta Pi, at (724) 946-7182 or e-mail domanslp@westminster.edu for more information.
