NEW WILMINGTON, PA – Westminster College's Civic Engagement and Global Engagement First-year Fellows will bring a Global Gift Market to campus from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in the Witherspoon Rooms of the College’s McKelvey Campus Center.

The fellows will represent causes that support hunger, education, health and well-being, the environment and conservation, gender equality and economic development around the world. They will be presenting their research into the global issues surrounding their causes, and they will be available to answer questions.

At the market, shoppers can purchase special and unique gifts in honor of those on their holiday shopping lists. The majority of the gifts at the market are not physical items, rather the “gifts” are purchases that go towards helping those less fortunate around the globe.

The market is open to the public. Cash, checks and card payments will be accepted during the event.
