Summer Zickefoose, fine art faculty member at Westminster College, has work showing in three exhibitions this Fall. Zickefoose has a sculpture in the 'Both Artist and Mother' exhbit at the Loft Gallery at Red Lodge Clay Center in Red Lodge Montana; a sculpture in the 11th Annual HWD juried sculpture exhibition at the Rosewood Gallery in Kettering, Ohio—for which Zickefoose won the juror's choice award; and she is part of a four-person show, 'Remains', at the Philadelphia Art Alliance in Downtown Philadelphia.

Zickefoose joined the Westminster College art faculty in the fall of 2010. She is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice spans sculpture, ceramics, installation, and performance art. Her artwork is influenced by Midwestern and rural American culture and landscape.

After receiving degrees in both Art History and Studio Art from the University of Iowa in 2000, Zickefoose earned her MFA in Multimedia Art and Ceramics from the University of Florida in 2004.
