Pianist Matthew McCright, a 1999 graduate of Westminster College, will give a piano recital Monday, Jan. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel.

This solo performance includes works from Beethoven and Rzewski.

While at Westminster, McCright will also give a piano master class to piano majors, and an informal talk about 20th Century music to music theory students.

McCright, who resides in Greenville, earned his master's degree from College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota.
