The sixth annual New Wilmington Area Business Expo will be held Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in Westminster College's Memorial Field House.

Last year's event featured displays from over 100 businesses, many of whom offered samples of their products to the nearly 1,500 visitors. All vendors are required to supply a door prize, which visitors may register for a chance to win. Admission is free and open to the public.

The New Wilmington Area Chamber of Commerce organizes the expo, which provides one-on-one contacts and marketing opportunities to area businesses. Chamber members receive a discounted registration fee.

Anne Bruening and Betty Jones are co-chairs of the event.

"We would like to see participation from as many local businesses as possible," Bruening said. "There is still space available for anyone interested in showcasing their product or service."
