Psychology Professor to Discuss Diversity on Campus

Posted on Tuesday, November 7, 2006

Dr. Sherri Pataki, Westminster assistant professor of psychology, will speak at Faculty Forum Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater in the McKelvey Campus Center.

"I will focus on the impact of campus diversity for both majority and minority students, as well as ways to promote and support diversity at Westminster College," Pataki said.

Faculty Forum, established in 1990, serves as a venue for the exchange of ideas and information among Westminster College faculty. Speakers present their research, teaching ideas, lectures, performances, special programs, and uses of technology to keep faculty informed about the work of colleagues from many disciplines.

The event is free and open to the public. Contact Pataki at (724) 946-7361 or e-mail patakisp@westminster.edu for more information.
