Dr. Edward S. Cohen, associate professor of political science at Westminster College, recently had his book, The Politics of Globalization in the United States, published by the Georgetown University Press.
"The book combines an analysis of the debates over globalization, especially its impact on the sovereignty and power of the nation state," said Cohen. "It includes a discussion of American politics in general and in the areas of trade, immigration, and language policy."
Cohen, who has been with Westminster since 1996, is the chair of the Law Professional Advisor Committee. He received his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College, and his masters and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
