The play “Rules of Discovery” written by Dr. Andrew Ade, associate professor of English at Westminster College, was selected from 175 international entries for the showcase production in the 2015 Pittsburgh New Works Festival (PNWF).

Dr. Sarah Kennedy, associate professor of chemistry at Westminster College, was recently published in the Journal of Chemical Education. The concept of her paper, “Design of a Dynamic Undergraduate Green Chemistry Course,” was brought to life on Westminster’s campus in the green chemistry course.

Thirty Westminster College psychology, neuroscience, and human resource management majors, including two honors students and two research scholars, will present their capstone projects from 5:30 – 8 p.m., Dec. 16 in the Hoyt Science Resource Center, rooms 150, 152, and 166.

Sponsored by the department of biology at Westminster College, senior biology and molecular biology students will showcase their capstone projects in a poster session from 2 – 4 p.m., December 4 in Witherspoon Rooms, McKelvey Campus Center. The event is free and open to the public.
