Westminster College to Host Annual Christmas Vespers and Dinner

Westminster College will host its annual Christmas Vespers on Sunday, Dec. 11, in Orr Auditorium. The service is free and open to the public.

Coordinated by Westminster’s Office of Faith and Spirituality, the afternoon will begin with carols and special musical arrangements at 3:30 p.m. followed by Vespers at 4 p.m. The service, led by the Rev. James Mohr, chaplain, and students will feature Scripture readings, a message, and music provided by Westminster’s vocal and instrumental ensembles.

Following the service, a tree-side holiday feast will be available in the Witherspoon Room of McKelvey Campus Center. Registration for the buffet dinner will be $20 per adult and $11 for children aged 11 and younger. Reservations are required by Thursday, Dec. 1, and may be made online at www.westminster.edu/events or by calling the Office of Alumni Relations at 724-946-7364.
