Westminster College Youth Leads Community Change on Global Youth Service Day, April 16: Stuff the Bus is a youth-led initiative collecting items for the homeless veterans

Westminster College’s Student Government Association (SGA) and the Greek community will join millions of others around the globe to host “Stuff the Bus,” a youth-led initiative inviting collecting items for the homeless veterans as part of the Stand Down program.

As part of the Greek Week competition, Westminster College invites its neighbors to join in the cause by donating the following items from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16 outside of the McKelvey Campus Center:

Men’s boots sizes 8-10, backpacks, throws, gloves, socks, underwear, can openers, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, deodorant, alcohol-free mouthwash, toothpaste, wet wipes, toilet paper, first aid kits, sewing kits, flashlights, cans/boxes of nonperishable food items, disposable lighter, and matches.
