On Thursday, April 14 from 5 - 7:30 p.m. in Duff Student Restaurant, Westminster College's dining services and chemistry department are teaming up to host an unforgettable evening of out-of-this world edibles at the ELEMENTS - Compounds & Cuisines themed dinner.

Join us as Dr. Pete Smith, professor of chemistry and Dr. Matthew Baker, assistant professor of chemistry, utilize the methods of molecular gastronomy, which combines cutting edge science and technology with the art of cooking. Watch as they demonstrate the unique methods of food preparation, including making ice cream from liquid nitrogen.

Stick around for surprises by DJ TJ (Tiffany Jackson). Contact Mona Moufid at moufidms@westminster.edu or (724) 946-7703 with questions.
