Six Westminster College Students Inducted into Spanish Honor Society

Six Westminster College students have been inducted into Sigma Delta Pi, a Spanish honor society.

Sigma Delta Pi seeks to attain excellence in the study of the Spanish language as well as the literature and culture of Spanish-speaking people. Requirements for membership include at least a 3.0 grade point average in all Spanish courses and a ranking in the upper 35 percent of their class.

Beaver, PA:
Michelle Loyash
is a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John Loyash, 119 Vandivort Drive. Loyash, an individual interdisciplinary and Spanish major, is a graduate of Beaver Area High School.

Midway, PA:
Howard Bish
is a son of Mr. & Mrs. Howard Bish, 403 Dickson St. Bish, an economics and Spanish major, is a graduate of Fort Cherry High School.

Moon Township, PA:
Carrie Mathers
is a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Brian Mathers, 311 McCaffrey Drive. Mathers, a psychology and Spanish major, is a graduate of Moon High School.

McCandless Township, PA:
Joseph Aguglia
is a son of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Aguglia, 315 Gloria St. Aguglia, a political science major, is a graduate of North Catholic High School.

Erie, PA:
Jennifer Grotkowski
is a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Grotkowski, 5510 Bondy Drive. Grotkowski, a psychology major, is a graduate of McDowell High School.

Coudersport, PA:
Andrea Majot
is a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Majot, 272 N. Hollow. Majot, an English major, is a graduate of Coudersport Area High School.
