Lana Whitehead

Lana Whitehead is Westminster College's Vice President for Enrollment Management, leading the Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid. More importantly, she's the mother of six adult children — which means she has personally survived the college search six times, including the FAFSA, the campus visits, the deadline reminders, and the letting go. Been there. Done that. Kept the sweatshirts.

Professionally, Lana has spent her career walking alongside students at every step of the journey: applying to college, thriving in college, and preparing for what comes after — a career, graduate school, and a lifetime of learning. She's guided students through admissions, advised and coached them through the hard semesters, taught them in the classroom, welcomed them at orientation, and cleared them for graduation. And she takes the "lifelong" part of lifelong learning seriously — she's built programs for everyone from high schoolers earning early college credit to professionals changing careers to retirees learning for the joy of it.

In other words, she's helped students get into college, get through college, get launched, and get upskilled — and she's done the same at her own kitchen table, six times over.

When parents ask her a question, the answer comes from both places: decades in higher education, and a mom who remembers exactly how it feels.

Caitlin DeSantis Rozzi

Caitlin DeSantis Rozzi is Associate Director of Admissions at Westminster College and a proud Westminster alumna, Class of 2019. Since beginning her career in college admissions in 2020, she's dedicated herself to helping students and families navigate one of life's biggest decisions with honesty, enthusiasm, and a personal touch.

As both a Westminster graduate and an admissions professional, Caitlin has experienced Westminster from both sides of the desk. She knows firsthand how a Westminster education can shape a student's confidence, career, and future. The opportunities, relationships, and experiences she gained as a student inspired her to return and give back by helping the next generation discover what's possible at Westminster.

For Caitlin, admissions is about more than applications and campus tours—it's about helping students find the college where they'll thrive. She loves showing families what makes Westminster special and helping students picture themselves as Titans, but she also believes that success means finding the right fit, wherever that may be. Her goal is to guide students and families through the process with honesty, encouragement, and confidence.
