Celebrate Westminster College's 175th Anniversary by purchasing a personalized commemorative brick.

As part of the College’s celebrations for its upcoming 175th anniversary in 2027, we are offering a new opportunity for alumni and friends to leave their mark—forever—on campus, the commemorative brick program. Each brick purchase is recognized as a named gift to the College and qualifies as a tax-deductible contribution.

How It Works

Visit your brick after installation. Installation timing will depend on the number of commemorative bricks sold, with a projected installation date of October 2027.

  1. Select your brick option.
  2. Personalize your inscription.
  3. Complete purchase online or via mail.
  4. Bricks installed during scheduled installation period.

Brick Options:

  • 4” x 8” paver text only $250 *This is considered a tax-deductible gift to the College.
  • 4” x 8” paver with logo $275 *This is considered a tax-deductible gift to the College.
  • 2” x 4” x ½” mini brick replicas $30 (with purchase of paver) *This is NOT considered a tax-deductible gift to the College.
    • Mini bricks come only in a red tone, although all full-sized,
      installed bricks will be in the color tone of the terrace.

 

Brick Quick Facts:

  • Brick Size is 4” x 8” ONLY
  • Inscription options include the traditional Westminster W, Athletics Westminster W, and/or Greek Letters
  • Each brick may include up to 3 lines of inscription. Each line may contain up to 20 characters without a logo or up to 16 characters with a logo. All letters, numbers, spaces, punctuation, and Greek letters count toward the character limit.
  • The first lot of bricks has a projected installation date of October 2027. After initial installation, we are anticipating a bi-annual brick installation prior to graduation each May and Homecoming each October.
  • There are future plans to offer bricks outside the chapel, but that option does not yet have a project timeline and will depend largely on participation levels of our initial efforts for Senior Terrace.
  • Individuals may opt to purchase a mini-replica of their brick, which will be sent to you directly at the time the full-sized brick ships to us.
  • Bricks will be printed exactly as submitted, please be sure to triple check your applications. The college is not liable for misprinted bricks.
