Annual Alumni Association Meeting

Open Association Meeting - All alumni are welcome to join us for the Annual Alumni Association meeting.

At this meeting, you will hear how the Alumni Council members are working together to promote the great work of Westminster College and its students.  The various council committees and the council President will give their annual reports. President Kathy Richardson will also offer remarks. 

If you wish to attend in person, or if you plan to attend virtually by Zoom, please complete the registration. Current council members do not need to register on this listing.

If joining the meeting by Zoom, please know that a Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email upon registration.

Alumni are also welcome to attend the following events before the 2:30 meeting:

• Outdoor Track and Field Event - Westminster Invitational at Westminster's Track
• Baseball vs. Saint Vincent (DH) 1 p.m. at Westminster's Baseball Field

Additional Information:  

• Campus will be abuzz with the Accepted Students Day Event on the same day.  As excited students and their families join us on campus, your patience is appreciated as we share parking spaces for the day.
• The Campus Store in the McKelvey Campus Center will be open from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• A town block party will be occurring in town from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. causing Market Street to be closed to vehicular traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
• Sing and Swing will occur at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium
