Music Major for a Day Schedule
As a participant in Music Major for a Day, you can choose to go to the following classes and/or rehearsals. You do not have to attend every single class (particularly at the beginning or end of the day), but the more you attend, the more you will get an idea of how things at Westminster are run.
In addition, you may meet with one or more of the professors (particularly those who teach your instrument(s)) individually at various times during the day. Your meeting with the professors may occur at the same time as any of the classes listed below, and after you meet with the professor, you may enter the class partway through if you wish.
You are encouraged to bring your instrument to participate in ensembles.
Lunch and dinner tickets will be provided if you wish to stay for meals (mention this to the person who is at check-in)
Student volunteers will be available as escorts
Typically scheduled in advance with the professor. Casual meetings are possible if the professor is available.
