Westminster College to Welcome Moderator of General Assembly at Sunday Worship Service

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Westminster College will welcome the Rev. Neal D. Presa, moderator of the General Assembly, Sunday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. in the Wallace Memorial Chapel. The service is open to the public.

Presa serves as the pastor of Middlesex Presbyterian Church in New Jersey, and is the affiliate assistant professor of preaching and worship at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. He has served on the executive committees of the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) and its predecessor, the World Alliance of Reformed Churches (WARC).

Presa earned a master of divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary, a master of theology from Princeton Theological Seminary and Ph.D. in liturgical studies from Drew University.

Music will be provided by the Westminster College Concert Choir under the direction of Dr. Robin Lind, associate professor of music and director of choral activities.

Westminster staff participating in the service include: the Rev. James Mohr, Westminster chaplain, and student chapel staff member Jonathan Rogers.
