Physics Major Received Drinko Research Grant

Westminster College senior physics major William Armentrout received an undergraduate research grant from Westminster's Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

Armentrout's project, "Westminster's First Light: The Calibration and Implementation of an Apparatus to Study Exoplanetary Systems," is conducted under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Oberst, Westminster assistant professor of physics.

Armentrout is a son of W. Jan and Mary Jane Armentrout of Ford City and a graduate of Ford City High School.
