Twenty-seven Westminster College students are studying at off-campus locations ranging from Pittsburgh to London, Spain, Italy, and Ecuador for the fall 2011 semester.
Eighteen of the students are participating in the Westminster at London Program and are accompanied by two Westminster faculty, who are each teaching two courses.
Dr. David Goldberg, associate professor of philosophy, is teaching "Logic" and "Modern Philosophy."
Dr. Bethany Hicok, associate professor of English, is teaching "Literature of 18th-Century England" and "The London Novel."
In addition to the Westminster courses, students in the program can choose from a list of classes offered at the CAPA London Study Center.
The study-abroad program has been a strong part of Westminster for decades. Westminster is part of a student exchange program with over 100 schools, allowing Westminster students to travel all over the world and receive the same rates and financial aid as if they remained at Westminster.
