More than 300 students from seven area schools will compete in the 2005 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Regional Competition at Westminster College Tuesday, Feb. 25.
Schools competing include Commodore Perry, Laurel, Lawrence County Vo-Tech, Neshannock, Mohawk, West Middlesex, and Wilmington.
"Westminster, the Economics and Business Department, and the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) are thrilled to host this competition," said Tom Rosengarth, chair of the Department of Economics and Business. "We want to thank the participating schools for choosing Westminster as their competition home for the last five years."
Westminster SIFE members will act as judges for events such as Emerging Business Issues, Impromptu Speaking, Job Interview, Mr. and Ms. Future Business Leader, and Public Speaking I and II.
