Westminster College Senior Music Major to Perform Recital

Richard Leigh, a senior music major at Westminster College, will perform his senior recital Saturday, March 29, at 3 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel.

Leigh, a baritenor, will perform Purcell's "Hark! The Echoing Air" from The Fairy Queen, Mozart's "I Attempt from Love's Sickness" from The Indian Queen, Mozart's "Non siate ritrosi," Weill's "Je ne T'aime pas," Gershwin's "A Woman is a Sometime's Thing" from Porgy and Bess, and O'Harrow's "Bring on the Girls."

Marie Libal-Smith, an adjunct piano faculty member at Westminster College, will accompany Leigh's performance on the piano.

Leigh, who is also a theater minor at Westminster, has performed in several Westminster theater productions, opera workshops, and community and regional theater shows.  Leigh is a son of Richard and Denise Leigh, 301 Main St., Summerhill, and a graduate of Forest Hills High School.
