Westminster College Women's Choir to Perform Concert

The Westminster College Women's Choir will perform a concert Sunday, April 13, at 3 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel.

Under the direction of Sharon Rotuna, the choir will perform Clements' "There is Sweet Music Here," Holst's "Sweet and Low," Saint-Saens' "Chanson des Aiguilles," and Poulenc's "Ave Verum Corpus."

Ashley Rexrod, a sophomore music education major from Farmington, will conduct "Nou somm' twa peti jandamm'," "Solda wa Milo," and "Twa fwa pase la," which are three Haitian rounds.  Richard Leigh, a senior music education major from Summerhill, will direct "Reel-a-Bouche."

Accompanied by Katie Schultz, a freshman music major from Sharpsville, the choir will conclude the concert with several American folk music numbers such as "How Can I Keep from Singing?" and "Go Where I Send Thee!"
