Theatre Westminster presents its last production of the semester, "The Importance of Being Earnest," Thursday-Saturday, May 1-3, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 4, at 2:30 p.m., at Beeghly Theater.

This witty comedy is a tale of love, deceit, mistaken identity, and food.  The play tells of the antics of four young adults trying to find love in the oddest of circumstances, much to the dismay of the older -- and certainly not wiser -- other characters.

Scott Mackenzie, assistant professor of theatre, directs the play.  The set director is Paul Kimpell,  and the technical director is John Scott, both employees of the Westminster College.

Tickets go on sale April 28-May 2 from noon-2 p.m. in Beeghly Box Office or can be ordered by phone at (724) 946-7241.

For more information, contact Mackenzie at (724) 946-6238 or e-mail mackensa@westminster.edu.
