Westminster College Student Government Presents Awards

The Westminster College Student Government Association recently gave three awards for outstanding service and commitment.

Russell Mills, a junior political science and broadcast communications major from Pittsburgh, was awarded the "Senator of the Year" award for his outstanding service. Mills is a son of Russell and Patricia Mills, 3332 Spring Garden Road, and a graduate of Shaler Area High School.

Carolee Reed, a senior accounting major from Hudson, Ohio, was awarded the "Executive Council Member of the Year" award for unselfish commitment to the Student Government Association. Reed is a daughter of Randy and Deborah Reed, 2840 St. George Road, and a graduate of Hudson High School.

Beth Brooks, an executive secretary in the Westminster College Student Affairs Office, received the "Service Award" for her commitment to the Student Government Association. She resides in New Wilmington.
