Dr. Sandra Webster, professor of psychology at Westminster College, recently had her text book, Hand-in-Hand: Research Design and Statistics in the Behavioral Sciences, published on-line by the OpenMind Publishing Group, N. Y.

"Professors can highlight and make comments, and students can read the text and the comments, as well as make notes of their own," said Webster. "I used this book while teaching in Korea last year, and the students seemed to appreciate the interactive style."

"This book puts research and statistics together, which is normally sold in two books by regular publishing companies," continued Webster. "It saves the student money, and is more convenient."

Webster, who has been with Westminster College since 1983, earned her undergraduate degree, her master's and her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University. She is the recipient of two Fulbright Scholar Grants, and author of numerous peer-reviewed publications.
