Westminster College to Host TeacherFest

Westminster College will host "TeacherFest: Inspiring and Equipping Today's Teachers" Saturday, Oct. 6, from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Russell Hall.

This seminar, sponsored the Christian Education Committee of The Shenango Presbytery, will feature keynote speaker Joan Humphrey, educator from the Oakmont Presbyterian Church, and recent recipient of the "Educator of the Year" from the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators.

Participants have the opportunity to choose two of five sessions, "Teachng Young Children to Worship," "Replacing Beige Walls and Brown Folding Chairs," "A New Model for Tired' Sunday Schools," "How to Make the Lesson Plan Fit Your Class," or "Help is Available."
