The Center for the Environment at Westminster College, in collaboration with the Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition (SRWC), will host its annual Student Symposium on the Environment on Thursday, Dec. 1, at the McKelvey Campus Center on the College’s campus.

The symposium features student environmental projects from around the region in a variety of formats: posters, displays, art, photos, videos, and oral presentations. High school through graduate students participate in this yearly event.

The event includes a networking and poster session which includes a photo/art gallery and video showcase from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and an oral session with an award ceremony from 7:30-9 p.m.

A virtual preview of the symposium with student videos, artwork, and photos is available on a dedicated YouTube channel.

The event is free and open to the public.
