Westminster College Sorority to Host "Shoot for the Cure"

Zata Tau Alpha, one of the five national sororities at Westminster College, is sponsoring a "Shoot for a Cure" basketball tournament Sunday, Nov. 4, at 11 a.m. in Old 77 gymnasium.

The 3-on-3 basketball tournament will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Each year the sorority raises about $10,000 for this charity.

"Currently we have 20 college teams signed up, but the public is welcome to participate, as well," said Desiree Henry, coordinator of the event. Henry is a senior broadcast communications major from Butler.
