Tony Brown ’84 to moderate Analyst Program discussion on recruiting practices

The Westminster College Analyst Program’s Winter Speaker Series continues at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, with a panel discussion about job market recruiting practices moderated by Tony Brown ’84.

Led by Brown, the chief talent officer at Fisher Phillips in Cleveland, “State of the Job Market—Recruiting Discussion” will offer a broad view of recruiting practices across different sections with an emphasis on internship, entry-level and early career positions.

Brown, who is also a member of the Westminster College Board of Trustees, has served as a principal at JAB Resources, chief human resource officer at Thompson Hine LLP, vice president for human resources at the National Interstate Insurance Company and executive director of human resources at Sara Lee.

Lauryn Todd, a senior accounting and finance major and speaker series director from Lisbon, Ohio, will provide opening remarks.
