Understanding and Working with Generation Z: A Panel TITAN Talk

When:

Thursday, September 12, 2019, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Where:

Dietz-Sullivan Lecture Hall, Hoyt Science Center
Westminster College

Generation Z (anyone born between 1995 and 2012) is the most connected, social, global, visual, and technological group of humans. People outside of Generation Z oftentimes face challenges when navigating personal and professional relationships with this group of wonderful humans. Dr. Mandy Medvin, professor of psychology; Gina Vance, assistant vice president of student affairs; and Sarah Gellman, Westminster College counselor, will provide trends in the perspectives of students born during this time and how to build relationships that allow us to meaningfully work together to serve the community and our larger world.

About TITAN Talks: Westminster College is in the business of creating human beings at our best. We invite our alumni and extend the invite to students and friends in the community to learn from our very own scholars about how we can all live our lives more meaningfully. Everyone is invited to partake in this free series featuring wisdom and light snacks. We’re excited to learn with you through the scope of research- and wisdom-based education, learning how our best selves impact community.
