About the Professional Networking Symposium (PNS)

The Professional Networking Symposium was founded by Dr. Daniel Fischmar, professor of economics emeritus at Westminster College, and alumni Dr. Christie Nelson ’06, assistant research professor at Rutgers University and research with the Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence ( at Rutgers University, and Benjamin Nelson ’06, vice president and senior credit officer at Moody’s Investors Services.

The success of the PNS is founded on Westminster alumni and friends returning to the College to network with current Titans and connect them with opportunities for internships and careers. We appreciate their generous support of Westminster and our students, reminding us that it is always “a great day to be a Titan!”
