In anticipation of the close of the calendar year, please note the following instructions when making your gift to Westminster College attributable to the 2018 tax year:

Credit Cards
  • Online credit card gifts must be submitted by midnight E.S.T. on Sunday, December 31, 2018.
  • Credit card gifts sent through the mail must be received at the College by noon on Friday, December 21, 2018.
  • Credit card gifts over the phone must be made with the Director of Advancement Services at 724.946.7008 by noon on Friday, December 21, 2018.
Gifts made by check that are mailed to the College must be postmarked by and dated before December 31, 2018.
  • To send a check (payable to “Westminster College”) or credit card gift through the mail, please note the gift designation and mail to:

Electronic stock transfers must be received and be in the Westminster College broker account by close of the business day on Friday, December 28, 2018.

Should you experience delays in processing your online gift or need assistance, please contact the Institutional Advancement Office at 724.946.7008. Please note that the College offices close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018, and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019. While the Office of Institutional Advancement is closed, members of the Development team will be checking messages in order to assist you in making gifts.
