Artwork by Westminster College alumni is currently on display in the Foster Art Gallery located in Patterson Hall on the College’s campus. A gallery reception and artist talks will be held during Homecoming weekend from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 15.
The exhibition, which runs through Oct. 16, features paintings, sculptures, photography and design work created by alumni artists who graduated between the years 1991-2021.
Featured alumni include Stephanie Dorsch ’18 of Harmony, Pa.; Marqus Koranteng ’15 of San Jose, Calif.; Deanna Moose Welsh ’14 of Murrysville, Pa.; Kandice Hartner ’12 of New Wilmington, Pa.; Rebecca Treimer ’15 of Pulaski, Pa.; Timothy Brennan ’91 of Crete, Ill.; Jordyn Kee ’17 of New York, N.Y. and Boyd Totin ’14 of Middletown, R.I.
"The exhibition of visual art and design highlights the creative strengths within our alumni community and how those strengths have fueled their careers and lives," said Summer Zickefoose, gallery director and assistant professor of art at Westminster. "It is a delight to have their work back in our gallery again."
Some pieces will be available for sale with prices listed in the gallery.
The Foster Art Gallery is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
