WWNW-digital 88.9FM Titan Radio, the Westminster College radio station, has announced management staff for the 2008-2009 academic year.
Michelle Bistrica, a sophomore broadcast communications major, was named operations manager. Her responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervision of announcers; station promotions and imaging; and production management.
Bistrica is a daughter of Joseph and MaryAnn Bistrica of Youngstown, Ohio, and a graduate of Boardman High School.
Andrew Borts, a sophomore broadcast communications major, was named program director. He will serve as music director; assist with training; and be the director of public service announcements and sports.
Borts is a son of Russell and Denise Borts of Youngstown, Ohio, and a graduate of Boardman High School.
Nicole Piszczor, a senior broadcast communications major, will be the news director. She will serve on the music committee; coordinate TV and radio news efforts; and be responsible for news and news promotions.
Piszczor is a daughter of Theresa Piszczor and Michael Piszczor, both of Broadview Heights, Ohio, and a graduate of Holy Name High School.
