District High School Honors Choir to Perform at Westminster College

The District Five High School Honors Choir will perform a concert Saturday, Nov. 22, at 2 p.m. in Orr Auditorium on the campus of Westminster College.

Dr. Victoria Meredith, chair of the Department of Music Education and coordinator of choral activities at the University of Western Ontario, will serve as guest conductor. Nancy Zipay DeSalvo, assistant professor of music at Westminster College, will serve as accompanist for the concert.

The program includes, "Veni Sancte Spiritus," "Wir eilen mit schwachen, doch emsign Schritten," "Thou Shalt Know Him," "Ave, Maris Stella," "Salmo 150," "Flanders Field," "Song for Peace," "The Hour Has Come," "Danny Boy," "The Passionate Shepherd to His Love," and "Go Where I Send Thee."
