Presentation on Community Impacts of Marcellus Shale Development - At 11:30 a.m. in Witherspoon Room in MCC. Speaker Kathryn Braiser, associate professor of rural sociology in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sociology, and Education at Penn State University.
