Sodexo Dining Services at Westminster College will officially open its newly remodeled Galbreath dining facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday, Aug. 29, at 4 p.m.

Westminster and Sodexo officials expected to participate include: Westminster President Dr. Richard H. Dorman; Dr. Neal Edman, vice president for student affairs and dean of students; Kenneth Romig, vice president for finance and management services; Donald Shelenberger, business manager; and Sodexo's Jeff Creveling (director of dining services at Westminster), Len Riccio (senior vice president), Ernie Minor (vice president of operations), and Jim Gurley (district manager).

The project, which encompasses about 12,500 square feet, includes the new Titan Club, a casual dining restaurant with wall-to-wall television screens and Westminster College memorabilia that features a World of Wings Café & Wingery, Angus burgers, salads, quesadillas, and wraps.  The Titan Club will be open Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m.; Saturday from 5 p.m.-midnight; and Sunday from 5-11 p.m.

Duff Student Restaurant, an all-you-care-to-eat venue, has been completely renovated as well.  Options include International Exhibition featuring made-to-order international favorites; The Main Event with homestyle cooking; The Deli for favorite build-your-own sandwiches and panini; and a Soup and Salad Bar.  These areas are open Monday-Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday and Sunday for brunch.

Additional weekday choices in Duff are a continental breakfast buffet with cereals, pastries, fruit, beverages, waffle bar, and yogurt bar; and Pizzeria, serving everything from traditional to mac-and-cheese pizza.

The renovation project was funded entirely by Sodexo.  Sodexo is part of Sodexo Group, world leader for quality of daily life solutions.  Offering campus dining and facilities services to colleges and universities means being on the cutting edge of current trends and technology, and understanding their partners' needs and goals.
