Chapel to Welcome Green Revolution Speaker

Ben Lowe, author of Green Revolution: Coming Together to Care for Creation, will speak during Westminster College's Chapel service Friday, March 5, at 11:40 a.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel. The service is free and open to the public.

Lowe is co-coordinator of Renewal, a grassroots student creation care movement committed to equipping students in the compassionate stewardship of all of God's creation.

His views on creation care were shaped by his childhood as the son of missionaries in Singapore and Malaysia, where water shortages and bad air quality from mismanagement and abuse of natural resources were common. He majored in environmental studies at Wheaton College and helped organize Wheaton's Climate Change Summit in 2007.
