Westminster College to Host Gallery Exhibit

Artist and art educator James Rettinger will be showcased in the Art Gallery of Patterson Hall at Westminster College from Oct. 15 to Dec. 14.

The exhibit, "Personal Expression - Brutal Edge," is free and open to the public.

Rettinger, of Moon Township, earned an undergraduate degree in art education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's in art education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Prior to retirement, he was an art teacher in the Evans City Elementary School and the Seneca Valley School District. He holds membership in numerous artists associations.

He has developed curricula and projects in a variety of expressive areas, including drawing, painting, design, sculpture, ceramics, crafts, and art forms.
