T.J. Arant, executive director of the East Central Colleges, will speak at Westminster College Faculty Forum, Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 11:30 a.m. in Patterson Hall room 131.

"East Central College was founded in 1968, and has evolved into a consortium with a wide variety of programs," said Arant. "As it approaches its 35th anniversary, the consortium of nine, private liberal arts colleges continues to expand its offerings, especially its programs to enhance faculty effectiveness.

"My talk New Directions in ECC Programming' will serve as a departure point for faculty discussion of new programs," continues Arant. "It's the continued of the process of helping faculty articulate what they need and want ECC to do."

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Dr. Fritz Horn, professor of English emeritus and faculty development officer at Westminster College, at (724) 946-7120 or e-mail fhorn@westminster.edu.
