Westminster College Offers Continuing Education Classes

Westminster College announces several personal enrichment and leisure courses for community residents. Continuing Education classes and seminars are non-credit and are open to all interested individuals. Formal admission to Westminster College is not required.

Communicating with Your Dog is scheduled Thursday Dec. 12, with the time to be announced. Enrich the relationship you have with your dog with a new knowledge of doggy body signals. Time to be announced.

Father/Son Olympics is scheduled Saturday, Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. This class encourages family bonding and competing for prizes.

Kids Computer Week is scheduled Monday-Saturday, Dec. 16-21. Classes begin at 4:30 during the week and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Instruction includes Kids Computer Basics, Kids Word Processing, Kids Computer Graphics, Kids Publishing, Cyber Kids & Cruisn' the Net, and Kids Computer College. Classes can be taken as a group or separately.

How to Make Money on the Net is scheduled Saturday, Dec. 14, at 10 a.m. Learn how to make money using Auction Boards and by recognizing trends.

One-Stroke Painting is scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dec. 3-Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. This class will explore the world of folk art like one stroke painting in a relaxed fun-filled environment.

Rescue Education is scheduled Saturday, Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. This class is focused on training seniors how to best use 911.
