Westminster College to Host Church-Related Workshops

Westminster College will host "Abundant Blessings," a series of 10 church-related workshops Sunday, May 6, from 2-8:15 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.

Sponsored by the Beaver-Butler Presbytery and the Shenango Presbytery, these workshops will feature a keynote address by Dr. Kenneth E. Bailey, a retired missionary who served in the Middle East for over 40 years.

The workshops offered are: Matter/Money and Spirit in the Teachings of Jesus; Consecration Sunday: An Intentional Response; The Theology of Abundance; The Life of a Steward: Through Worship, Study, and Discipleship; Money and Renewal in the Missional Church; CAPITAL Idea; Beginning Steps in Stewardship; Sharing our Faith With Future Generations; Sitting Where They Sit: Sermons on Stewardship; and The Spiritual Gift of Money. Participants will have the opportunity to choose two of the ten workshops.
