Veronica Corcoran '15, an attorney for Kasdorf, Lewis, and Swietlik, SC, is an alumni representative in Wisconsin, willing to be a point of contact for other alumni traveling to or moving into an area. She offers her adoration for her area in her quest to make Titans feel equipped to make moves, and appreciate a visit or a move to her area.
What's your favorite aspect of Wisconsin?
I love how friendly the Midwest is and all of the activities available here.
What's your favorite spot on campus?
The pool! Go Titans!
Share a must-do moving tip.
Join Facebook groups to scope out recommended areas to live in and get in touch with connections that might live in the area as well. Look up things your new city or town might have to offer as well including festivals or activities.
During your time on campus, what was your favorite class?
My cluster class in Greek literature and philosophy, which included a trip to Greece at the end. It was one of the best experiences of my college career.
What advice do you have for current students?
Don't be afraid to try new things and reach outside your comfort zone. Apply for jobs you think you might not be 100% qualified for because you never know where that will lead you.
