About Me

I have been with Westminster since 2015 in the roll of Instrument Support Specialist in the Division of Biological, Chemical, and Environmental Sciences (BCES).  I repair and maintain of all of the scientific instrumentation in BCES, train students in the use of the instruments, and help students and faculty with any equipment-related needs for their labs or research.  In addition, I teach one course plus lab per semester in the Chemistry program, typically Principles of Chemistry (CHE 117) or Organic Chemistry (CHE 261-262).

I hold a bacelor degree in Chemistry from Kenyon College (2000) and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan (2005).
