Introduction
Public Relations can be defined as helping an organization and its publics adapt mutually to one another. This definition recognizes that a key factor facing every organization is the insistence of each individual in modern free societies on having a say about every organization and institution that affects his or her life. Public Relations involves complete analysis and understanding of all the factors that influence people’s attitudes toward an organization.
